Terms of service

1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of mysquishyshop.co.uk and to purchases made through the website. Please read them before ordering. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights that UK consumer law gives you.

2. Our details

The seller is CLICKFORGE LTD, trading as My Squishy UK. Our registered office is 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ. Company number: 16479607. Email: contact@mysquishyshop.co.uk. The registered office is not a returns address; contact us before sending anything back.

3. Using our website

You may use this website only for lawful personal shopping and information. You must not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape it at scale, misuse another person’s account or use our content for a competing commercial service.

4. Products and descriptions

We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. Colours can vary between screens and small production differences may occur. Mystery and blind-box products contain a randomly selected design unless the listing says otherwise; receiving a particular random design is not guaranteed. Product packaging, warnings and age guidance form part of the product information and should be followed.

5. Prices and availability

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. The price and any delivery charge shown at checkout are the total payable. Product availability may change. If we discover an obvious pricing or stock error, we may contact you for instructions or cancel and refund the affected order.

6. Orders and contract formation

Submitting checkout is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily mean acceptance. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including unavailable stock, payment failure, suspected fraud, an obvious error or delivery restrictions. Any payment taken for a cancelled order will be refunded.

7. Payment

Payment is handled by Shopify and the payment providers offered at checkout. You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected method and that billing information is accurate. Please see our Payment Policy.

8. Delivery, risk and ownership

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered to you or a person you nominate. Ownership passes once we receive full payment. Our Shipping Policy explains processing, tracking and delivery issues.

9. Cancellations, returns and faulty goods

If you are a consumer buying online, you normally have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days after delivery without giving a reason, then a further 14 days to return the goods. We also offer the additional return window described in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. Your statutory remedies for faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods are not affected.

10. Intellectual property

The website design, branding, logo, original text, graphics, photographs and other content are owned by or licensed to CLICKFORGE LTD and protected by intellectual-property law. You may view the site and make a personal copy of order information, but may not reproduce or commercially exploit our content without written permission.

11. Liability

We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of your statutory rights. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, or for business losses where you purchase as a consumer. You are responsible for following product instructions and warnings.

12. Changes, severability and waiver

We may update these terms for legal, regulatory or operational reasons. The terms applying to an order are those in force when it is placed. If a court finds one provision unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive it.

13. Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers living elsewhere in the UK retain any mandatory local protections and may bring proceedings in the courts available to them. Please contact contact@mysquishyshop.co.uk first so we can try to resolve any complaint promptly.
