1. Currency and prices
Store prices and checkout totals are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. The total shown before you confirm payment includes the products, discounts and any delivery charge.
2. Accepted methods
The payment methods available to you are those shown at checkout and may change. They can include major debit or credit cards, accelerated checkout options, digital wallets or other providers enabled for the store. Display of a method does not guarantee that its provider will approve a transaction.
3. Authorisation and charging
By submitting payment, you authorise the relevant provider to verify and charge the amount shown. A temporary authorisation may appear before a final charge. An order is not accepted merely because payment details were submitted; see our Terms & Conditions on contract formation.
4. Security
Checkout is hosted through Shopify and payment credentials are handled by payment providers using their security controls. CLICKFORGE LTD does not store your full card number or card-security code. You are responsible for keeping account and payment credentials secure.
5. Failed or declined payments
A bank or provider may decline a payment, request authentication or place a temporary hold. Check the details entered and contact the provider if the issue continues. We cannot override a provider’s decision.
6. Fraud prevention
Orders may be screened to prevent fraud and protect customers. We may request reasonable verification, delay fulfilment while reviewing an order, or cancel and refund a transaction we reasonably believe is unauthorised or high risk.
7. Refunds
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method unless the law requires otherwise. Processing by us and posting by the payment provider are separate steps, so the credit may not appear immediately. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.
