Safety with the paperwork to match

At My Squishy UK, quality, safety and transparency matter. Our shared supplier, Jinhua Hongchuan Toys Co., Ltd., has provided a Children’s Product Certificate and an independent laboratory report for a range of squeeze toys, together with a Material Safety Data Sheet for liquid glucose used as a raw material.

The toy documents identify products named “Squeeze toy”, models HC-01 to HC-50, for ages 3+. The downloadable documents below are the supplier files in full.

Independent laboratory testing

Test report CCI260601164EN, dated 3 July 2026, was prepared by Compliance Control Institute (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. The Children’s Product Certificate identifies it as a CPSC-accepted laboratory with CPSC Lab ID 1566.

Standards and requirements cited

The supplier certificate and report reference US toy-safety requirements, including:

  • ASTM F963-23 - Standard Consumer Safety Specification for Toy Safety.
  • CPSC 16 CFR 1500.48 and 1500.49 - sharp points and sharp edges.
  • CPSC 16 CFR 1501 - small parts.
  • 16 CFR Parts 1303 and 1307 - lead-containing paint and specified phthalates.
  • CPSIA Sections 101, 103 and 108 - lead, tracking labels and phthalates.

Material information

The supplier also provided a Material Safety Data Sheet for liquid glucose manufactured by Shandong Shengtai Biotechnology Co., Ltd. The sheet identifies the product as Liquid Glucose and lists glucose at 80% or more. It contains technical information about composition, handling, storage and material properties.

Safe-use guidance

  • Read and keep all packaging, instructions, age guidance and warnings.

  • Do not bite, chew, ingest, puncture, cut, burn or excessively stretch a squishy.
  • Keep away from fire, high heat, sharp objects, pets and household chemicals.
  • Inspect regularly. Stop use and dispose of the item responsibly if it splits, leaks, sheds parts or becomes otherwise damaged.
  • Clean only as instructed; unless a listing says otherwise, gently wipe the exterior with a soft damp cloth and allow it to dry naturally.

Individual sensitivities vary. Stop using the product if irritation or an unexpected reaction occurs and seek appropriate medical advice if needed. Contact us for available product-specific material information before purchase if you have a known sensitivity.

Reporting a safety concern

Stop using the item and email contact@mysquishyshop.co.uk promptly. Include the product name, order number, photographs, batch or packaging information and a clear description of what happened. Keep the product and packaging while we investigate. We will take appropriate corrective action where a safety issue is identified.
